Laser Welding

How It Works

A high-powered laser beam is delivered through a flexible fiber optic cable to a focused weld head. The concentrated energy melts and fuses metal precisely at the joint with minimal heat spread into surrounding material — preserving dimensional accuracy and surface quality in even the most demanding assemblies.

Narrow, Deep Welds
High depth-to-width ratio means more fusion, more strength, less visible join.
Minimal Heat Spread
Concentrated energy at the weld point leaves surrounding material unaffected and dimensionally stable.
Low Distortion
Smaller heat-affected zone dramatically reduces warping — essential for precision assemblies.
